Got some cool stats from an app I have. I should have data since 2017, but I lost a bunch of it in 2019 - life happens. That said, I can see my improvement over time by activity and am less cranky about things now. I swam 157 days in 2020. That's with the big gap from September to November. That's way more than I thought and now I can set a new goal to swim 2 out of 3 days, weather and life permitting. I do have to go into Apple Health app and delete those days when it counted 20,000 strokes and whatnot because they skewed the rest of the numbers. I can't enter things manually, so... or maybe I just leave things be and know there are a handful of errors. Need to think about that. I managed to do something almost every single day of the year, even when I could barely move. I like things that remind me of what I have done because I tend to forget them and focus on the now. That's not a bad thing, but I can lose sight of where I've been. I should do a look back to the first few weeks of the pool and see just how bad I was. I remember a lot of heavy breathing while I had to relearn what I was doing. I need to figure out some new goals for this year, maybe one hour long swim per month or something like that. Has to fit in with my life though.

Yesterday's swim, 808 strokes, average heart rate 137, 10.1 METs, 19 minutes in cardio. I was focusing on long controlled strokes so I didn't get all choppy and erratic again and it seems to have helped. I have no idea what I did last week, but boy did it mess with me. Over that. I won't go into geeky detail, but I am better than I was last year overall.

Short walk with BF earlier in the day, no records broken, but we narrowly avoided getting hit by a Nissan Rogue, irony noted. Everyone is fine. Look both ways and look again.

Muscle mass still up, blob subsiding, treats in the house are almost gone. Back to a more normal normal soon, I hope.
