The loss is as bewildering as the gains.
According to FS I'm balancing in and out, so neither gains nor looses actually should occur. Need to get into a rhythm of being -100 cal while taking in 150 g of protein per day for a protracted period to reach my goal of losing 5 pounds of fat while adding 3 pounds of muscle over 6 months.

It's nice when the goal is to chisel out a couple last little things knowing you look awesome already, regardless. (I would assume. 😆 Not made it to that point.) Good luck putting on those final little touches in 2021! 💪🏼
