Thank you, Chris! I've learned from the best!😊 I have a bit of a sore hip this morning. The extra weight and reps, which the pizza fueled, wasn't so pleasing to one body part. But, it will get tougher!

Wonderful maintaining, Melissa! 💖 I hope your hip feels better asap. I learned from you guys to take it easy after a workout injury. But it’s definitely easier said than done. I hope you enjoy your walk and those beautiful views. Also you can rub some bengay or icyhot into the sore area. I went through a whole tube when I had my back issues, it did help a bit!
