my # weight can fluctuate as much as it likes—but today marks day 2 of my food experiment which has been going well so far! I’m so happy!! I managed to only eat when *actually* hungry for ~75% of my meals, eating slowly and stopping when full. And of course my skinny roommate does this all without thinking twice.. staying home w her has been eye opening!
I eat about ~150cal less now, and also discovered I get hungry 3-5hrs after a nutritious meal or snack. I used to eat every 1 or 2 hours?!?!? 😵😵😵😵
