💜💜💜 thanks for the support friend. Alcohol yesterday doesn’t help- but it’s the darn binge eating that is constant and killing me! I’ve gotta get a grip. I feel so determined each morning to do better but by night time I just don’t care and eat everything in sight. 😔 hoping I can turn this around quickly.
