Big jump this morning, but it's water and muscle and possibly last night's dinner consumed rather late. More projects today. Might weigh again later just out of curiosity. My hands hurt from swinging the sledgehammer. Going to do some more stuff today, but I think I'm going to take an ibuprofen first.

Edit: did a go-back. It's mostly water and lean mass. Fat mass holding steady. That bastard!
