OOOOOHHH! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was feeling like a major dumbass cause I couldn't figure it out. I not real tech savvy, so it's embarrassing at times. At least now I can do it. Have to wait for access to pc. Mine died. You can't do it from phone. U made me feel better Jc. I still don't understand why he said he emailed me,when I don't see how anyone can do that without my giving my e-address. It's also against the rules. @aymia You might find your answer here. This FAQ page https://www.fatsecret.com/Default.aspx?pa=faq gives a lot of suggestions. I use a computer to edit or to log, not the phone app.

My grandfather was off and on prednisone for years and he went from literal beanpole to balloon man when he was back on, but would drop quickly the moment he was off. Crazy stuff. Hang in there and know it's temporary.
