I waaay overate today, but to ward of the disappointment, it’s been almost three weeks since I last overate like that. Have to remember to pace myself, don’t rush dieting and eat too little or there will be a cause and effect. Have patience and enjoy food slowly! And be kind to urself tomorrow no matter what the weight change is.
