The end of a rough week and insane weekend. Yesterday was a "Carb"tastropy. No such animal as low carb at the US Open, unless you want to pay near $30 for a salad😱😵. The US Open was terrific, but I'm back in the saddle today. Have Healthy Day 🙋♀️
