woo!!! now to keep it off!! planning to skip breakfast and have eggwhites for lunch, then pizza for dinner. and nooooo snacking. my husband is a terrible influence so we will see :) have a great weekend everyone!

Wow! Great progress :) Congratulations 🏆 - - Yeah this week I got stellar results and one big thing I did was skip my normal 300 calorie/3 carb "Protein coffee".

Pizza 🤔 not a good choice unless it’s thin crust or you plan on having two slices only. However, if you’re working out then that plan is awesome!! 🎊🙌🏽 congrats 🎉

You got this!! You have a good plan in place. I often plan my meals ahead in anticipation of having something like pizza. I include pizza in my way of eating 2-3 times a week because it's my favorite food. It all comes down to keeping a balance throughout the day. Snacking is a big temptation for me too, so I make a point of keeping alternatives around. Cucumbers sliced thin with salt instead of potato chips or fruit instead of candy.

Thank you all!!! Luckily you buy by the slice so its easy to portion control. 🤷‍♀️ when i was pregnant i could eat 8-10 slices. I'll have 2.
