OMG - My boss said You look cute today. You've no idea what a major compliment that is considering these Scottsdale Blonde's that I work with, couldn't say something complimentary about anyone normally.

Gave one of my prized possessions to the intern we have working here. Brandi is a sweet girl, with a lovely disposition. Knowing that the Blue Cape my girlfriend knit me for x-mas several years ago will go to a loving home, makes parting with it acceptable. I would not have been able to put it into the donation bag, and that would go against the rules I set for the purge.

Got my monthly infusion, and met with the Nautropathic Dr. to review my December blood panel. Changed one perscription, and one supplement, really wants me to give the Paleo Diet a try, at least for a couple of weeks to kickstart my body to burn some fat. Is also planning on sending me some light stretchs to do daily. The two combined are supposedly going to help with reducing the pain and the neorapathy. We'll see what he sends over before making a decision.
