Fun Weekend
Hubby is doing couch to 5K with me, even though he doesn't need to do this program. We started Sat. On the last 1 min run, we had to go up this steep hill, and I did it! I felt like Rocky when I reached the top! We actually hugged, like it was a great acomplishment. LOL
Scale is going down again
last week of crazy work! can't wait for this budget to be submitted on Friday.
Thighs are sore - stronger muscles building!

Couch to 5k is awesome! Each new week with the increasing times looks very intimidating but just believe in yourself - you can do it! I did it when I was somewhere around 225 lbs and not one to have exercised or done sports EVER. It was my gateway to the exercise world and I've never looked back. You go, girl :)

Jessa that is wonderful! When my hubby goes with me to bike or walk, I feel so much better to have the company and I work harder and go further!!

my hubby did the same for me... we are all the way to 1/2. couldn't have done it without c25k or hubby. have fun!!

This sounds totally great! Running is something one never thinks one would do when you're not a kid. Great job!

Did you have your hands in the air as you got to the top of the hill like Rocky would have? LOL! That's great that you and hubby are doing it together! I think the scale is on the move for me in a positive (DOWNWARD) direction once again! Let's make the most of this resurgence in our efforts to get this weight off!!! :)
