Greetings! I think I am going to take some cues from others and start weighing myself every day. One concrete thing that won't take any effort on my part! I am up this week though official weigh in is tomorrow so I won't record what I got this morning - tomorrow I will start weighing in every day, and see if that helps.

Hope you have a great Saturday! We have warm weather today and I think I have to get out into it.

Yes Abba and you have that brand spanking new scale in your newly remodeled bathroom!!! Think of all the fun you'll have tracking on it!!! Everyday works best for me ... that said ... I know not everyone agrees!!
