Happy Winter Solstice to you all! Tomorrow my 2nd grade Girl Scouts are going to the Art Center to do some crafts for the winter holidays - my friend runs the program.

She promises to buy Girl Scout cookies - we'll increase the average age of her attendees! One less box of cookies to tempt me.

I like to eat and I don't like to worry about it - I am trying to keep track though.

Winter Solstice - we watch a show with penguins, and they talk about that - to funny. Girl Scout cookies, huh? I like the mint ones.... Mmmmmm.

So Old Man Winter has officially arived. Who knows what he will bring this year! With the zany shift in weather patterns often received the brunt in February and March. Oh well. We can always go for a walk in the snow!
