Discouraged this week. I think the change to cold weather just aggravates any down feelings. Got bit by a deer tick and that hurt and on top of that the antibiotics to prevent Lyme are making my stomach hurt.
I have no motivation to limit what I eat. Been resisting buying more food so I can clean out my fridge but I have pounds of veggies to cook from the CSA farm share so not looking forward to that. One more week of CSA and that will be done.
BF says let's cook at home for the holiday season so we can stay steady and maybe lose some weight. Gotta start moving my butt and get in some steps, that's definitely been missing lately.
