My sister has Crones, and is on a Dairy Free, pretty much vegan diet these days. My coworker had bypass surgery last year, dropped quite a bit of weight, and then put a good chunk of it back on. I've been supporting them with their respective diet efforts, but only get flack when I try to get support for my efforts.

Welcome. You'll find encouragement here, I know I have. I've seen lots of success stories and you'll have success too. I use FS everyday. I record foods and exercise and weight most everyday. It keeps me focused on my goal. Just think of FS as your new BFF. Good luck.

What diet are you trying? Or are you just trying to cut calories and exercise? I had the best results from the HCG diet!! I kept it off the longest too! It was tough the first 3 werks- then i started feeling GREAT! I was, i think 225, when i first started it. I lost 50 plus pounds in about 5 months or less. Then just watched calories, sugar, carbs, etc. best of luck and God bless!! 💋💋👍👍👍 you can do it!! Put your mind to it!! 😀
