Hey hey Sugarplum. Feels good to be among friends. I have sync'd my Polar Unite watch to myFitnessPal, and it looks like it is working. I had to make some adjustments to the Food Diary system to fit in with how many calories I have left.
Anyway, it looks like we are ready to roll!

I got a call from my therapist yesterday.
We talked for a solid hour. She called through TeleHealth. I have never bared my soul as much as I did. It made me feel much better. Our next appointment is next Monday.
She and I are a stellar match. She told me what may be going on with my diagnosis. She explained it, but she asked me questions about it too. She said that I was a textbook case of Schizoaffective Disorder - Bipolar Type.
I am able to reflect on it.
Anyway, my activity will now be recorded in 2 places.
MyFitnessPal, since I have a Polar Watch that I can sync with it. I got my new watch (Polar Unite) last week, and we (mom and I) have started walking the dog (only she did it before) too. The settings are interesting.
I am going to let MyFitnessPal create my menus to make it easier. (if that is possible - Update: No they don't, not even in the Premium Mode), much like SparkPeople did before the huge transition to to SparkAmerica (which angered me, because I was just starting their inboard menu system)
Anyway, here we go!

I think I'm at 249, but I am not sure. I checked the scale, and recalibrated it. We'll have to see. I will check tomorrow morning. I will be ecstatic if it's true.
I have not been drinking water like I should though. We'll see!
I just realized that I should exercise here at the house, because I would be wasting 6 dollars for 10 min of bike riding. I need that 6 bucks! lol
