My sisters and I took my mom to Huntington Beach for Moms Day. We walked the pier and then had lunch at a beachside restaurant. My mom was so happy to have her girls together! Sunday will be a big bbq for all the family. Hard to stay on track with my WOE !

I went to Endocrinologist yesterday for annual thyroid checkup. Got a big surprise. Some of you know I have been pretty dizzy lately. They diagnosed me with dehydration at cardiologist’s. I haven’t posted other symptoms as I was sure my thyroid was just low. I have had pretty serious hair loss, not only on my head but my eyebrows are sparse. I also have pretty extreme fatigue and feeling of lethargy, joint pain,bad brain fog, and interrupted sleep patterns. All can be signs of low thyroid. I just thought I was having a bout with my Hashimotos. Well turns out dizziness/ low standing blood pressure was only a symptom not a diagnosis …I have what at this point is called adrenal fatigue. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this or has knowledge of this? They are throwing around words like Addison Disease and Cushing Disease. Dr is doing more tests but sounds like treatment is steroids. I’m not excited about that for several reasons. I googled it but wasn’t satisfied with results so any input would be appreciated. Especially alternative treatments. Thank you!

Again, no big surprise. I had cake and wine ( only one glass) and richer foods than usual during Joe's BD weekend. I will go back to my WOE today and hopefully in a couple of days I'll be back down. 💜

We had Italian food last night. I had mahi with sun dried tomatoes and artichokes. No butter sauce and broccoli on the side. It was delish! We had cake later and I had a glass of Pino. Still managed to stay within macros!

Today is my husband's birthday! He is a wonderful, caring husband! My soul mate and best friend. Not to worried about CICO or macros today..just goung to enjoy his special day and celebrate! Italian food and cake will be eaten. Ill deal with it next week.
