Just had my 2nd baby! I've just about lost the baby weight, but still have the baby weight from my first child who is now 3 1/2. I had done a crash diet and was finishing school when I was pregnant with my first so my weight just sky rocketed even though I could barely keep anything down. After that the stress of school then not getting a job contributed to my weight gain. I wasn't able to get the weight off before getting pregnant again, but at least I reduced my stress and gained a healthier attitude about food. I'm excited to go on this weight loss journey and am getting excited to get the sign off to exercise at my 6 week check up in early December. I used to run distance and have the goal to run another half marathon or at least a 10k soon. I also like lifting free weights, which is good since I'll see a lot of gym time this winter since it gets pretty cold here in northern Alberta.
