My name is Julia Gilsdorf, and I'm 37 years old. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when I was 12. Up until I was expecting my first child I was average weight. I gained 80 pounds during that pregnancy, and have been struggling with an upward trend in my weight since then. I'm doing CICO, and trying to get healthier with both weight and blood sugar levels.
