52yr old woman gained 15kg within 18 months after,
1. Ablation Surgery for Submucosal Fibroids, October 2022.
2. Iron and Blood infusions, November 2022.
3. Total Hysterectomy losing uterus, ovaries, tubes, cervix and finding Stage 4 Endometriosis, June 2023.
Started taking Hormone Replacement Therapy to ease transition due to lacking vital hormones.
Happily back at the gym twice a week minimum and no longer using sports physiologist and dietician.
Fingers crossed to strength building, fat burning and moderate cardio = 🔥😎😎😎🔥
