Answer to my own internal questions. Why hasn't the scale gone down this week? Well, it might have to do with eating more this week than last, not logging your food, and not walking the dogs last night. Can't argue with facts. I was looking at my calendar earlier today, and I noticed that I didn't log any food at all on Sunday. Ironic, because I ate out two meals that day. Neither were cheats, but I ate chicken breast with avocado and then doubled up on the protein/calories by having ahi tuna sashimi that night for dinner. It all counts.

Another factor; I was slightly concerned about picking up more than one "dessert" tasting meal last week. I got soft cookie bake and chocolate mint bars and I forgot enough oatmeal to have it all week. The results of that this week are that I am craving sweets more than usual, and I miss my oatmeal for second breakfast. I need to go back to savory. It keeps me sane. I also hate the coconut milk creamer I got. I think I'd rather have less real cream next time.

Going on a pack walk with the GSD people tonight. Need the stress release. Tomorrow will be better. Awareness is key.
