Ah, Wednesday. Busy week, but did manage to close two of my rings yesterday (stands, calories burned). I don't understand how I can go on a long walk in the park with friends and not have that count as exercise though. I guess I'm supposed to jog. Ain't gonna happen. Knees are too old.

I'm back on the scale daily, I think it helps keep me on track. Just need to make sure I don't obsess.

I'm not good, it grabs the data from my watch. One of the reasons I used to justify it (mostly, I just wanted it) was really working hard on getting back into shape after a couple of challenging years.
