Must get back on track. Downloaded menus from last August when I was losing about 1.5 pounds a week. Going to plan ahead, and also give away all my snack packs of Doritos. I found my original 2500 calorie shopping list and will tweak it to cover 2 weeks of eating, making 1250 average. It has wine and butter on the list - will cut those down and then the average will be less. If I can take a picture I will load my list here.
