It's been a crazy few days. BIL in and out of the hospital twice! He's now on home oxygen, it is so hard to watch him go downhill and not be able to do anything about it. I weigh in tomorrow and it should be a nice drop in spite of some poor choices. Over on carbs, on target for calories. Had company for dinner last night and did good, then ate tricuits late at night. Woke up with heartburn from hell! That'll teach me....maybe. Well I'm off to church on this frigid morning. Have a great day my buddies.
