Annamommy, thanks love!🩷💪 Zenus, thanks. I was looking at picture of me doing upright standing row. You can see my arms are at different levels. I wear a tennis elbow brace at home on right elbow but didn't have it on. You can see my raises are unlevel due to pain on right side. Need to watch that. 💪

Ouch. I’ve had tennis elbow from overuse at work. Awful. Couldn’t even lift a dinner plate. Ended up in Physio which healed it completely!!

Fritzy, I’m kind of embarrassed to admit this but I’ve made Joe ask if they have gyms when we book our campsites.. I do bring my weights as well but most small gyms have a couple of treadmills, weights, and sometimes a universal machine. 💜 wifey, I don’t think mine is bad enough to warrant PT yet.
