Logging tonight because tomorrow morning is going to be busy and I want this on the books. Swam today, seem to have fixed the heart rate issue with the watch. Did a slow and steady with average heart rate at 138. 10.1 METs with 901 strokes which is just slightly under 923 which was the PR. So we're swimming pretty steady these days which is cool. Keeping it in zones 1-2 (mostly 2) but I want to increase the speed and get up into the cardio range again. One of the things with Sadie is that while we're getting the distance in, we're not keeping the speed up.
Swam today, cleaned up some stuff around the house and took care of some of that grownup stuff I tend to ignore until I no longer have the option. Good times, good times.
Chance didn't make the cut this morning so he just wanted everyone to know he's still here. Closing in on 100 pounds and he's not a chunky boy.
