Shopped for eyeglasses for my daughter today, with my daughter. We had a fun time! We also got new shirts (not matching) and pretzels bites (with butter!). I ate about half of more-than-I-should-have of the bites and then dropped the last half! Wahhh! My daughter laughed at me - she is 17, that is what they do!
The pennies are working! I didn't have to remember what I ate all day - just moved the pennies as I snacked, had lunch, got coffee, ate pretzels! So, I knew I had only a few points left for dinner, but I was still stuffed from the pretzels, so that worked.
Also, my daughter went to a hanging-out time with her friends and brought bottles of water to share, which they did not drink. Now everytime I open the fridge, the bottles are staring at me! I have to drink the water. It's great!
Weighed myself this morning and found out my favorite shirt weighs A POUND! Sweet! I will not wear that to weigh in again - maybe that's why I didn't lose last time.
I am really looking forward to the Scale Strike next week - it will help me focus on what I am eating and how much exercise I am doing to measure my progress!
