I just returned from spending a week at my Mom's house. She isn't doing very well. Seeing a new cardiologist tomorrow so I'm hoping he can figure out something to help her feel better. I did manage to take off a couple of pounds, so that is good. Spent Easter Sunday with the city family which was great. My granddaughter who lives in Arizona is back for a visit and I will see her on Sunday. Looking forward to that. We haven't seen her since last June. Hubby is trying to get loose ends tied up before his hip replacement surgery. I'll be glad when that is behind us.

Sorry your mom isn't feeling well. Since you are 70 she must be getting up there in age. Wednesday is just around the corner for your husband's surgery. I am praying for him and will continue that all goes well. I too had a dental implant and went this week for the impression for the new crown. Congratulations that you are losing your vacation weight, that's great. I'm sure going to have to cut more carbs to get mine moving since I'm up a half pound for 2 days. Thanks for your support about the wine and sweets. I've stuck with it so far, but they call my name.
