Recap: I gained 3 pounds this year. According to my scale, those 3 pounds are muscle. My BFF and I signed up for a class on how to increase bone density, which is basically a weight-lifting class. I plan to watch the zoom training while at my gym so I can use their weights. Probably the fancy place will have more space to use but it will depend on what other classes are going to be offered on the Tuesday/Thursday schedules, so maybe I will alternate. although I have my sense of taste back, I don't quite have the same appetite. Have been trying to absorb some lessons to get to my inner motivation, so maybe that is part of it? I weigh myself all the time, but the Friday and Monday weights are the ones I really look at. Also keeping track of those until the end of a month, so my weight history is month to month.
