Jamie it is so ironic. I haven’t allowed myself to eat white rice for some time, then I finally broke the self imposed rule to make something so abominable. It wasn’t bad though.

Jamie, in Japan we say “there are seven gods in every grain of rice.” While I admit that rice pudding was not as bad as I imagined, I heard the gods screaming with horror when I was making it.

Yes I did use sweet potato but not as much as I did last time. Still very sticky to handle. Yeah bolo do caco is going to have to wait til tomorrow, since the bread is quite rich too😂
