Thank you, sk! I'm trying to rest parts of me, work other parts, keep my chin up, and keep calories down.😊 I've started some pt kind of exercises I found online that are supposed to be good if there is meniscus damage... To add to what I'm doing for the IT band syndrome movements. Going slow. Pain is minimal and I want to keep it that way! 😁

Thank you, yfritz! I don't often flex. I feel too weird, but I am trying hard. 😁 I do love my flowers! They even make me use muscles. 😁 🌹 💪

AdaOke! Girl, it would for sure need to be "fitness for the nearly 50 crowd" 😁 I think I'd have to have abs and a few other bits and pieces that were more put together, but thank you! You see kind! After as many big babies as I've had... I think I've given up on abs especially! 😁

Thank you, RN16! Confidence, I struggle every single day, and sometimes I lose the fight... But I try. I remember so much what it felt like to be soft and weak and wearing clothes I hated and were twice as many sizes as I am now. I am just terrified to fall back. Part of why I am posting this is to keep me going... I felt strong today and decided to get some pictures. Thank you for your encouragement!
