Back to my normal eating! Ahhh. Sorry doc, but I am a 65 year old women who has a catastrophic back injury. My exercise is limited by my back. I am not a young woman chasing those five kids anymore! My activity is less, so I eat less. If I get 3-5000 steps I consider it a victory!! So good to be back on track again!! It just felt wrong for me. Hope everyone else has a great day too!!
