What does dragonfruit taste like? It looks like taffy. You must've been wearing a white top, right?! Everytime I wear white, I drop whatever I eat on it. :-D

Kat, what does anabolic mean? I’ve seen it a few times but don’t know. I will google it but I want to understand what it means & what it’s about. And that’s SO “pretty in pink”! 💕

it's to focus on building/maintaining muscle more than anything, GibJib. so more protein than other stuff. casual explanation there. 32 grams of protein in this one, it would be even more if I did full serving, which is double the volume. that's too much food for me.
