Endless pool, so good. Although most challenging part was swimming slow and not running into the end.

Baby steps (or strokes) Change are the start of every journey. I did this when I was still relatively young so that I wouldn't die before I hit retirement. The first few months were pathetic, but I've always loved swimming and I've stuck with it. I also tried to do my time at the local gym for almost 15 years before that, but it wasn't as easy. This is a promise I've made to myself.
