Vacation went well! Only gained back 2 pounds. Got some nice tomatoes and lettuce and will go through my proteins with those carbs as back up. I have bread I have been making, but froze a lot of it so will parse it out. Not in the mood to log just yet but will start on the diet again half-a$$ed and try to hang in there. Maybe I will do a fasting day tomorrow which would be different for me. We cooked a bit and went out a lot, and ate at my brother's also. Let's see: 1 dinner at brother's, 1 dinner we cooked, mom made us breakfast. We kinda skipped lunches and waffles and coffee for the other breakfasts. We had fried food several times, mostly accompanied by beer. So 4 days away and only 2 pounds, I think it's ok. Happy Hump Day!
