My neck is "out". Can't hold my head up straight and the muscles in the back of my neck are screaming. Started yesterday. Had a tough time getting in my walk and my trekker work out. Actually shortened my trekker workout by a lot. Spent a while doing stretches to try to ease my neck. I really hope it is settled down tomorrow so I can hit my workouts again.
