I was getting tired of chia pudding and yogurt, so I combined them with last months obsession with mug cakes.. this 4.5” diameter monster has 21g fiber and 40g protein ~420cal 🤣🤣🤣 tweaking it to ~300 next time LOL. cake for breakfast is the best!!!
