#BootyBuilders #workoutgang goodmorning! ☀️🌻 this morning I started with the squats as usual, however I wanted to try having my 46lb son sit on my shoulders for some heavier weight! I got in 2 sets of 20 moving squats, I found my neck was hurting more than my legs and I prefer the Higher reps lower weight! So for my second go round I did 2 sets of 40x moving squats with the 5lb dumbbells and the rest- the same as yesterday! 😱🤩 loving this challenge! How’s all my ladies? Check in!
