Pork tenderloin on a bed of spinach for lunch. I think I'm saving my avocado for later. Not feeling it at the moment, plus, I think I have a half somewhere in the fridge that I need to find. Or I've lost my mind. Either way, not cutting the one on the counter for lunch.
