I hope the google translate worked! I also suffer from iron deficiency. Prior to Covid-19 I would go in for a blood draw every few months, and have been improving slowly by taking a vitamin C and 65mg of iron each day. My Doctor says it should take about a year to get me back to a normal level. The beef stew looks delicious by the way!

Oh no, I hope ur able to recover well while at home! I ordered some supplements as well but it might take a while to get here. Crossing fingers!
