Awesome! They sound amazing!! I know I haven’t been able to find pita or lavash!! I’m bummed. So I’m eating just wheat bread🤷🏼‍♀️ Keeping within calories, however my eczema and migraines are coming back from reintroducing bread 😫 I wanna find that Sola bread jheeden uses!!!😍

Migraines are the awful!! This really is such an adjustment to what we found that works😩 I have 1 loaf of Dave’s Killer Thin sliced bread left in the freezer. I’m glad we have our challenge friend because I’m so thrown off 💜💜💜 I

Ashley, my niece is gluten intolerant and she gets migraines if she eats even a tiny bit of food with gluten. You might want to look into that. Your meal looks delicious.

Thanks shir!💜 yeah I’ve had migraines for almost 11 years now and about a year ago when I went keto/LCHP/low carb, they almost disappeared! It is one of my favorite benefits from this woe😍 it also cleared up eczema patches I was developing!

I slowly stopped all of the medication and found out what was causing my migraines that way.
