Not so much kale today. Holy smokes, was that tasty. About 350 calories, I use small plates. Sliced 1/2 of an already baked potato, sprinkled a little cheese and stuck it in the air fryer. On the stove, heated the last bit of my black beans with a little of the pork tenderloin. Added garlic, cumin, S&P, and paprika. Stacked it on the potatoes to eat. delicious.

do you like the air fryer? I was thinking of getting one. I was wondering if it's a pain to clean? Your dinner looks good...

I love it. But I didn’t get a separate air fryer, I got the air fryer lid that fits on my instant pot so I don’t have more stuff to put away. On my chicken yesterday, I pressure cooked it from frozen, put spices on it with oil and then used the air fryer lid to make it taste like rotisserie chicken all in the same pot.
Let me know if you have questions, I’ve been playing with it a lot. Some great, some fails. Do not air fry avocado ever. It sucks. It tastes lit better than microwave cooking, but I still use the oven and my stove, too.

I should mention, cleaning the pot is easy . Steel wool. Cleaning the insert is impossible. I just stick it in the dishwasher and know the germs will die but you can’t scrub it because of the coating. I’ll probably buy a stainless insert to replace it later.
