Took a day off from working out yesterday, was just tired from the last week and the weekend. Didn't realize I missed logging so many days, but I did capture it on the app. My upper back muscles were spasming a bit for some reason and the pouring rain just killed it for me. Oddly enough, I moved around enough to close the rings anyways. I guess that's good. Today is another day though, so going to put up the umbrellas and take a swim in a few. We're supposed to have another line of storms arriving this afternoon, so gotta get it in. Don't think walking dogs is an option based on the clouds.
I have a pork tenderloin roast in the cooker. Working on clearing the freezer so expect some unusual combos from me coming up. Found a couple small bags of pomegranate seeds that need to be used, so will probably make a sauce or chutney for the pork.
