We are camping and I struggle to keep up my exercise routine...sooo. I was walking along river and found a set of stairs. 42 to be exact. I climbed the entire set of stairs 6xs, at a Sprint! You do the math! I'm to tired! lol🔥👍🏃🏃🏃

We have a set of stairs down to the river from our house. Forgot how many but, you reminded me that would be a good option for me to get in more steps/ exercise.
