This is a pic of a "JoJo's Guilt Free Chocolate Bar" I picked up at Costco this weekend. 180 calories/4 g fiber for the whole bar, but more importantly, it's good dark chocolate and not too sweet. I'm cutting them in half and eating with some almonds for a pre-workout snack because I don't need to develop a chocolate bar before I work out habit. Pretty tasty and tastes good with a little crumbled on yogurt, too. For me, it's about a couple sweet bites to feed the craving without going overboard.
