so I'm here...weighing 199 after Hawaii...then I ate bad at my birthday party last night and was 201 this morning...oh well.

I know I'm probably 198 after water weight is gone. I got offered a cupcake and cookies today...actually not offered, more like they were forced upon me and left at my desk!!! lol..then they had pizza and cake after that at my work!!! I was tempted to eat bad for just one more day but I know that's how you really gain the weight..not the day or two here and there...it's more about what you do every day...see, I'm learning!!!

So I said no to everything and right back on track! Gained a few real lbs from vacation but not trippin...back on track to 150lbs!!!!!
