Happy Cinco de Mayo! I am going to take my daughter out for Mexican-style food tonight. Still holding steady below 160 - I am definitely out on nights starting next Sunday, so I think that will help with watching what I eat, although the foreman claims to know all 24-hour Dunk donuts places nearby!
I found a free weight watchers membership card in my pile of junk - finally plowing through paperwork! I donated dinner tickets for a raffle - well, guess what, they want me to sell the raffle tickets too! Hey, that was not my deal. My town historical society (outside of Boston if anyone wants a raffle ticket!) is having a great dinner and tour of a 300 year old house, with dinner at $110 per person - raffle tickets are $20 a piece and we aren't selling them very well. Oh, well, I'll email all my friends this week and see if any have spare money to donate to my historical society.
Tomorrow I am taking a weatherization class on how to start your own business as a weatherizer - I am assuming that it is related to energy conservation somehow, and will take a lot of notes. I would like to start my own business someday - maybe they will have hints on the legal aspects, since I do have a good handle on the building side.
Still working on leftovers - I never did get to the store with my weekly list of food. I will find it soon though - once my daughters are home for the summer I will need to have something they can take shopping without a lot of explanation so we can have food in the house.
So much to do, so little time! It's health insurance switch over time - what with the divorce and all, I need to get a policy and they are so expensive and complicate, who knows how to choose? Tomorrow is the info fair so I think I will go to that.
I am holding steady with my weight, so I am guessing that I have been eating ok. I just have too much junk available to eat - that is all going to work tomorrow!
Hope you all had a good week and a focused weight loss effort - until I can get back again: Bon appetit!
