I have re-started my diet, I went for a weigh in at slimming world and I'd put on 3.5 lbs over Christmas. My weight is now back where it was this time last year! So I looked out some recipes and went shopping last week and started the diet again last Friday. I didn't even have a drink for New Year. Today i weighed myself and I haven't actually lost any weight as yet but i have lost 1 inch from my waist and half an inch from my hips. The weather has been really bad this week with rain and wind and has stopped me from going out. I wrote out my menus last Thursday and have changed them daily but I am not going over what I should eat. I am allowing myself time off after the weigh in on Thursday to eat exactly what i want and then starting again on Friday. I am not beating myself up if I don't lose weight every week, but I will try.

Oh no Kay...... A lot off people have put weight on.... I am sure FS will be overloaded, with good weight losses next week. Keep your chin up and plan :-)
