Well this is discouraging. But ... a testament to how bad choices can impact a weigh in ... all week I am weighing in under 155.5 ... then Chick-fil-a and Orange Leaf last night blows it all up, even though I was very low on calories, overall yesterday. Ugh.
Then shame and ego come into play where I contemplated putting in my weight from yesterday ... but ... that's not being honest with myself. Ah well. Hope everyone has a great weekend. :)
